Directions
Preheat oven to 350°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a bowl, combine the melted Mirage Margarine, lime juice, orange juice, brown sugar, lime zest, orange zest, salt, chili powder, and cayenne pepper until thoroughly mixed.
Add the walnuts, almonds, peanuts, and pumpkin seeds. Toss to evenly coat.
Spread the nut mixture in an even layer onto the prepared baking sheet. Put into the oven and bake for 10 minutes.
Remove from oven, shake and mix the nuts, and evenly spread the nuts before placing back into the oven. Bake for an additional 5 to 10 minutes or until mixture is dried; do not burn. (Nuts will continue to dry and harden as they cool, remove from oven if they are getting too dark.)
Remove nuts from the oven and sprinkle with the lime and orange zest while still hot. Let cool on the pan.
Serve immediately or store completely cooled nuts in an airtight container for up to 3 weeks.
