Ingredients

  • 1 cup Mirage Margarine, melted
  • 1 1/2 cups Light Brown Sugar, packed
  • 2 Large Eggs
  • 2 tbsp Molasses
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 1 1/2 cups All-Purpose Flour
  • 1 tbsp Ground Ginger
  • 1 tbsp Cinnamon
  • 1 tsp Baking Powder
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • Powdered Sugar, for dusting

Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F. Line a 9×9-inch baking dish with parchment paper.
  2. In a medium bowl, combine melted Mirage Margarine and brown sugar. Stir well. Mix in eggs, molasses and vanilla. Set aside.
  3. In a large bowl, whisk together flour, ground ginger, ground cinnamon, baking powder and salt. Spoon in wet mixture and stir until combined. Spread batter into prepared baking dish. Bake for 30 minutes, or until the edges are set.
  4. Allow to cool completely before dusting with powdered sugar.
