These Eggless Chocolate Hazelnut Mini Cookies are a delightful treat for anyone with a sweet tooth! Ingredients

  • 90g (3/4 cup) Mirage Margarine
  • 100g (2/3 cup) All-Purpose Flour
  • 20g (1/4 cup) Cocoa Powder
  • 50g (1/3 cup) Sugar
  • 1/4 cup Roasted Hazelnuts
  • 1/4 cup Milk Chocolate, melted

Directions

  1. In a bowl mix the butter, sugar, vanilla until light and fluffy. 
  2. Mix in the flour, cocoa powder and milk. Mix until a thick pipeable dough forms. Transfer the mixture to a piping bag fitted with a star tip. Pipe the cookies on a parchment paper, top each cookie with roasted hazelnuts and chill the cookies for 20 minutes.
  3. Bake in a preheated oven at 350°F for 14 minutes. Remove from the oven and let cookies cool.

Assembly

In a bowl add milk chocolate and melt. Drizzle the chocolate on top of the chocolate cookies. Let the chocolate set, serve and enjoy with a hot cup of tea, coffee or milk.
