Ingredients
Cupcakes
- 2 cups Sugar
- 1 cup Mirage Margarine
- 3 tsp Pure Vanilla Extract
- 3 cups All-Purpose Flour
- 3 tsp Baking Powder
- 1 cup Milk
- 2 tbsp Sprinkles
Icing
- 1 cup Mirage Margarine
- 4 cups Confectioners Sugar
- 3 tsp Vanilla Extract
- 4 tbsp Milk
- Green Food Colouring, as desired
Directions
Cupcakes
Preheat the oven to 350°F and line the muffin pan.
Beat sugar, eggs, Mirage Margarine, and vanilla until creamy. Alternate adding sifted flour and milk, mixing until just combined. Scoop the batter into cupcake liners, bake for about 18 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
Prepare the icing while the cupcakes cool completely.
Icing
Whip up all ingredients until smooth and fluffy. Add food colouring for a festive touch! Top the cupcakes with buttercream and festive green frosting for a wreath effect!
